As a Business Operations Analyst on the Support Business Transformation team, you will help optimize ticket management and team processes as required to meet the business goals and objectives of the Global Developer Support (GDS) team. A successful candidate will use data analyses to assess current processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations to the GDS leadership team.


  • Proactively identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex and sensitive data to identify optimization opportunities; alert, inform and educate business stakeholders as needed
  • Monitor and ensure data integrity and security for GDS business data
  • Define best practices, templates, and processes for reporting data to stakeholders within GDS and other internal teams
  • Improve and advise on data normalization between various data sources and systems
  • Measure and report on critical KPIs for GDS
  • Develop an intake process for report changes and ad-hoc reporting demands
  • Recommend new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve team performance and measurement in the future based on data analysis findings
  • Engage with business leaders and users to understand how data-driven changes to processes, products, services, software and hardware can improve GDS team efficiency and customer experience.


  • 3-5 years previous experience with process analysis and optimization
  • Previous experience in data analysis and knowledge of business statistics
  • Solid understanding of Lean / Six Sigma processes and methodologies
  • Previous experience in a Support or Service Delivery environment
  • Previous experience developing scalable reporting solutions using Salesforce Reports and Dashboards
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI platform
  • Familiarity with cloud-native databases, such as MongoDB and Snowflake
  • Provide training to team members as required to ensure that the appropriate approach, methodologies, and problem-solving techniques are employed across the GDS organization in accordance with Lean / Six Sigma principles
  • Experience participating in improvement projects and delivering tangible process improvements
  • Effective communicator, able to speak to audiences throughout the organization, and ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts through clear and concise verbal and/or written communication
  • Ability to analyze and document processes in a variety of formats
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, decision making, and the ability to identify key findings and implications
  • Strong business intuition as well as outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of working independently, with strong time management and organizational skills
  • BA/BS in quantitative field, Business, IT, or equivalent practical experience
  • Comfort working in a globally distributed environment with a remote workforce
  • Previous experience in a high-growth SaaS company preferred
