The Auth0 Field Systems trainer will be responsible for implementing training for all newly hired members of the Auth0 Field team, which includes all sales and customer facing roles, on the various tools they use to complete their jobs each day. 

Your focus will be to optimize the use of the tools Auth0 builds and buys, through entertaining and effective trainings. These trainings will be delivered both online and occasionally in person and will drive greater productivity for our Field team members. Additionally, you will work closely with our Revenue Operations team in providing feedback on how we can improve our systems and processes.

This role is crucial in driving the rapid ramp of new Field Team hires, as well as the effective rollout of new systems and SaaS applications. 

Responsibilities:

  • Become a Subject Matter Expert across all tools in use by Auth0 sales and customer facing team members (Field Team)
  • Owns Field Systems training for all Field Team members
  • Build training - live and course based - for all systems and all core functionality used
  • Build learning validation & certification requirements around systems usage
  • Coordinate with Revenue Ops team around new tools and updates to deliver training
  • Provide feedback to Revenue Ops team on systems usage & areas for improvement
  • Act as a helpdesk to WW Field team around any systems related questions
  • Create and update responses on Field Systems FAQs

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a role that involves
  • Training employees on systems and SaaS applications
  • Building training content
  • Executing live trainings
  • Ability to identify how to optimally leverage applications with highly technical subject matter, without the need to fully understand the output of the application.
  • For example a tool focused on troubleshooting developer code
  • Demonstrable experience writing training content or documentation. 
  • Ability to be self-directed and effective working independently, yet equally comfortable contributing in a global team environment.
  • Ability to communicate with different teams and scope documentation assignments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to relate to hires of varying degrees of experience

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Technical Background (CS degree, Software related job in past etc.)
  • Video Editing capabilities
  • Basic Design capabilities
