The Jr. Recruiter/Sourcer role reports to the Recruiting Manager and works closely with the entire global recruiting team to assist in building top talent acquisition initiatives and pipelines at Auth0. We are looking for our new team member to assist in creating new talent pipeline strategies and updating processes help us scale as we continue our worldwide growth.  We are looking for someone who thrives in an autonomous, innovative, fast-paced setting. They will develop help develop processes, juggle multiple and sometimes changing priorities and works well with remote team members, hiring managers and candidates in different countries and time zones.

This is initially a six-month contract role and is based in our Buenos Aires office.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with global recruiting team to review and disposition inbound resumes into our Applicant tracking system
  • Develop and roll-out processes for robust and deep sourcing exercises using on-line tools and resources
  • Track and report monthly recruiting pipeline progress. Make recommendations for improvement based off of reporting data
  • Post jobs to external websites as needed
  • Attend and participate in appropriate recruiting team meetings to support new searches and updates

Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience with high volume recruiting
  • BA in HR, Business, psychology, communications, or a related field
  • Fluent in English
  • Solid knowledge of recruiting best practices
  • Experience building processes & systems including using technology to be most efficient
  • Able to work well independently in an ambiguous environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Gmail and other online tools
  • Experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
  • Savvy to balance & prioritize multiple projects, clients
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • International recruiting experience a plus
