The Auth0 Marketing Team is looking for a creative and collaborative Manager, Demand Generation Marketing - APAC in defining, building and executing the marketing plan to generate pipeline growth in our APAC region. 

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter who maintains a balance between setting a strategic vision for marketing that will support the regions and executing at a high quality and rapid pace. You should have experience developing marketing strategies that cater to the unique needs of the APAC subregions -- ANZ, SEA, and India, preferably in a B2B SaaS / developer centric enterprise company.

A strong focus on analytics, measurement and ROI are crucial. If you have a bias for action and are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to make things happen, this could be the role for you!

This role reports into the Director for International Demand Generation Marketing and will be based out of our office in Sydney. 

What you will do:

  • Lead the direct, partner and customer marketing functions for our APAC region, working closely with our APAC Sales leadership on the strategy and execution of marketing programs to achieve our pipeline objectives
  • Collaborate with the global Digital, Growth, Product, Brand, ABM, Communications, and Developer Marketing teams to plan and execute regional demand programs that reflect local requirements
  • Build and execute on a calendar of APAC field events to generate and advance sales opportunities
  • Work with our partner account management and customer success teams to drive the successful execution of our respective APAC partner marketing and customer expansion marketing efforts
  • Manage the APAC marketing budget and ensure all regional programs are supported with consistent reporting and marketing metrics
  • Manage the APAC Marketing team, oversee their personal development and wellbeing, KPIs, and drive team success.

What you will bring:

  • 6-9 years professional work experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the SaaS or enterprise software markets
  • Proven experience in building pipeline for APAC and ANZ sales organizations
  • Consistent track record of driving full funnel multi-channel marketing programs to prospect audiences, as well as strategic and broad-based customer expansion programs.
  • Comfortable taking measurable risks, predicting outcomes, and analyzing results for continuous improvement
  • Proficient user of sales and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Marketo, and similar tools)
  • Ability to ensure large, complex marketing programs drive to successful outcomes
  • Proven track record of building, managing and developing high performing teams
  • Deep expertise in data analysis to influence critical business decisions
  • Strong stakeholder communications and presentation skills for all levels of the organization
  • Appreciation of foreign markets and ability to adapt campaigns to meet foreign language requirements
