We are seeking individuals with technical know-how, identity experience, and content creation experience to provide rapid customer adoption of the Auth0 SaaS solution. Reporting to the Senior Director for Onboarding & Digital Experience, you will work closely with the team to build out a library of content & assets to be used during the customer onboarding stage.You will be an integral part of Auth0's long-term relationship with its global customers. The efforts you put forth will directly impact the long-term success of the relationship. To succeed in this team, you must have the passion and energy to work in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment.
Some of the things you'll be doing:
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of resources which secure a successful onboarding experience for Mid-Market and Enterprise level Auth0 customers, through a new customer experience which is digitally led, but human-supported.
- Create outstanding customer moments, resulting in long-term customer satisfaction
- Use business and technical analysis skills and knowledge of the Development lifecycle to solve complex issues and promote best practices
- Collaborate across Auth0 and customer departments, to achieve the optimum customer onboarding experience
Skills we're looking for:
- Success across content management or editorial positions, ideally in the B2B SaaS enterprise software market
- Experience with creating digital and one-to-many training programs which will reach hundreds of new users with relevant training material.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail, in order to take complex technical topics and make them more easily consumable.
- Customer-first attitude — a customer advocate, always going the extra mile
