The Recruiter/Sourcer role reports to the Recruiting Manager and works closely with the entire global recruiting team to assist in building top talent acquisition initiatives and pipelines at Auth0. We are looking for our new team member to assist in creating new talent pipeline strategies and updating processes help us scale as we continue our worldwide growth. We are looking for someone who thrives in an autonomous, innovative, fast-paced setting. They will develop help develop processes, juggle multiple and sometimes changing priorities and works well with remote team members, hiring managers and candidates in different countries and time zones.
This is initially a six-month contract role and is based in our Buenos Aires office.
