Auth0 Marketing is looking for a creative and collaborative Regional Marketing Manager to join our Demand Generation Team in the US.

Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, the successful candidate will research and identify marketing opportunities that include, but are not limited to, field events, digital programs, 3rd party initiatives, publications, content syndication, speaking engagements, and more.

What you will do:

  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new channels for marketing growth opportunities in the Central US and the Small Business & the Financial Sectors across the US.
  • Collaborate with the global Digital, Growth, Product, Brand, ABM, Communications, and Developer Marketing teams to plan and execute regional demand programs that fuel growth and attainment against company goals and KPI's.
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to execute compelling marketing programs while ensuring Auth0 brand integrity.
  • Drive successful marketing programs through an understanding of targeting customer personas.
  • Report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns to relevant stakeholders.
  • May be required to attend/host events or seminars representing the Auth0 organization.

What you will bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in field marketing. (B2B Marketing an asset)
  • An ability to work cross-functionally while build strong internal and external relationships in a globally distributed company.
  • A results-oriented approach with the ability to identify forward-thinking techniques to achieve marketing goals.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation tools.
  • An understanding of the unique needs of the small business sector.
  • An understanding of the business requirements for the financial sector.
  • Strong stakeholder communications and presentation skills for all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of an Agile Marketing Methodology an asset.
