We are looking for a Senior Account-Based Marketing Manager to help lead a growing ABM Center of Excellence team, continue to develop and experiment outbound ABM programs, and execute the programs across multiple touchpoints and different Demand Generation channels.

As part of this role, you will lead strategic initiatives in supporting the ABM team and broader Demand Generation team, and your work will provide ABM thought leadership, best practices, scale programs and prospecting motion across Auth0’s global regions to drive pipeline.

As the ideal candidate, you are data-driven, team-oriented, comfortable communicating across many audiences, able to project manage multiple campaigns within a fast-paced environment, and demonstrated history of successful campaign delivery and project ownership, scaling programs across multiple regions.

This is a cross-functional role that will also work with internal stakeholders in both sales and marketing to drive pipeline across our AMER, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC, leveraging account buying intent signals to target appropriate business segments with the right content and offers.

What you will do:

  • Support a growing ABM Center of Excellence (COE) that provides ABM thought leadership, best practices, scalable programs, processes, and support our global teams.
  • Develop, manage, and execute ABM programs to drive pipeline across all demand generation channels (emails, direct mails, meeting makers, digital ads, webinars, online events, and more) to drive pipeline across global regions.
  • Align with regional marketing and sales to ensure ABM campaigns reflect current business priorities, messaging, and goals.
  • Recommend the appropriate account targets, messaging, and collateral to increase engagement within target accounts and generate pipeline/opportunities for sales
  • Analyze, report, and measure the full downstream impact of ABM campaigns in terms of meetings booked and pipeline and revenue generated.
  • Provide suggestions on how to optimize programs/ tactics/ campaigns.
  • Partner closely with other marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure a positive prospect experience, a consistent and integrated voice for Auth0, smooth and efficient internal operations, and continuous improvement in business results.
  • Drive new capabilities that enable sales to act as marketers, nurturing and reaching out to their prospects in a personalized way
  • Represent the global ABM team in wider marketing technology and digital strategy plans at Auth0, with ownership of driving the adoption of any new technologies that can support our ABM objectives.
  • On-board and manage ABM agencies and contractors.
  • Consult with digital agencies to develop best-in-class ABM programs that can be leveraged across all ABM and global Demand Generation team.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or other related fields or equivalent in professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a related Marketing or campaign management role.
  • Prior experience building successful multi-channel demand generation, ABM, and integrated enterprise campaigns.
  • Demonstrated understanding of ABM, demand generation, nurture best practices, and campaign creation
  • You display a high competency in ABM, digital marketing trends, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Google Drive, advanced marketing and reporting tools, and data sets (6Sense, SFDC, and Marketo experience is a plus).
  • You have supported either Software or Technology industries.
  • You exhibit a high attention to detail.
  • You operate with a high level of ownership and autonomy, meaning you can take a project from creation to completion and show the results.
  • You love being part of a highly energized team.

  • You are considered an excellent communicator in meetings, via email, and on paper.
  • You build strong interpersonal relationships and proactively share ideas and success.
