Talent Acquisition/ Recruiting Director: GTM Sales

US Remote Friendly

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition leader with proven success leading a strong recruiting team of approx.15 or more Sales Recruiters and Sourcers. The Sales Recruiting team will focus on hiring Auth0’s North America Sales: enterprise, public sector, named accounts, commercial and inside sales and sales engineering.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Field Ops Recruiting, you will be tasked with shaping the overall Auth0 TA Sales strategy, operationalizing processes and delivering the results to help Auth0 sales meet its revenue goals! This role will act as both a trusted advisor and hands-on strategic recruiting leader to Auth0’s executive sales leaders. Your leadership will not only help shape a winning on-going recruitment strategy for the Auth0 Sales Recruitment but will also provide valuable insight to help continue to grow our larger OKTA Global Talent Acquisition team.

Focus on will be but not limited to:

  • Daily hands-on talent acquisition leadership of a US based Sales / GTM Recruitment team
  • Ownership of sales recruiting dashboards and analytics roll-up, including the maintenance and regular delivery of metrics used to influence and guide business outcomes (pipeline, headcount forecasts, capacity plans, etc...)
  • Liaison and Advocate between Auth0 and OKTA to continually find ways to help bridge greater knowledge share, provide opportunity for growth and continue to scale for future
  • Re-imagine, and implement operationally efficient assessment processes that deliver productivity gains in recruiting, while delivering best in class experiences for hiring managers and candidates
  • Partner across HR, Compensation and Talent Development to build a best in class internal recruiting and mobility process
  • Align and connect key partners to deliver results for Auth0; Sales Operations, Finance, HRBP’s, Total Rewards
  • Actively participate in cross-functional recruiting team projects that move our recruiting org to the next level

An Ideal candidate profile will include:

  • Must have demonstrated Sales GTM Recruitment experience such as: inside Sales, Account Managers Customer Success, Mid-market, Enterprise Sales, Sales Engineers, Solution Architects etc
  • 5 or more years talent acquisition leadership in a high growth enterprise technology company, ideally SaaS
  • Expertise on how to recruit, screen and close Sales candidates: understand compensation / commission plans, what motivates sales reps to make a career change.
  • Solid understanding of capacity modeling for GTM Sales recruiting to ensure maximum productivity from the recruiting team
  • 10+ years overall recruiting experience, global talent acquisition is a strong plus
  • Experience building internal recruiting processes that deliver amazing experiences for hiring manager, internal employees and make it easy for sales ops and finance to track
  • Leadership of a multi-level recruiting team, consisting of leads, IC’s and sourcers delivering >= 300 hires annually
  • Experience managing teams of 10+ resources
  • Analytics – ability to forecast hiring, understanding of capacity planning and the most important data that influences business decisions
  • Growth Mindset – even with all this experience, you are open to identifying new ways of thinking and teaching others
  • Ability to build a strategic recruiting plan and implement operational rigor that helps the recruiting team exceed KPI’s
  • Continuous Learner of key trends in the recruiting industry and how to stay ahead
  • Best practice knowledge and ability to bring outside in learning to Auth0’s recruiting team
  • Previous M&A experience is a strong plus
