Talent Acquisition/ Recruiting Director: GTM Sales

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition leader with proven success leading a strong recruiting team of approx.15 or more Sales Recruiters and Sourcers. The Sales Recruiting team will focus on hiring Auth0’s North America Sales: enterprise, public sector, named accounts, commercial and inside sales and sales engineering.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Field Ops Recruiting, you will be tasked with shaping the overall Auth0 TA Sales strategy, operationalizing processes and delivering the results to help Auth0 sales meet its revenue goals! The core capabilities we seek in a recruiting leader are: Strategic Thinking, Operational Excellence, Data Driven and Drive for Results.

This role will act as both a trusted advisor and hands-on strategic recruiting leader to Auth0’s executive sales leaders. Your leadership will not only help shape a winning on-going recruitment strategy for the Auth0 Sales Recruitment but will also provide valuable insight to help continue to grow our larger OKTA Global Talent Acquisition team.
