Salesforce Single Sign-On Integration
The Salesforce Single Sign-on (SSO) Integration lets you create a client application that uses Auth0 for authentication and provides SSO capabilities. Your users log in to Salesforce with Auth0 identity providers, which means they perform the identity credentials verification.
Create an SSO integration
To create a new Salesforce SSO Integration:
Navigate to Dashboard > SSO Integrations.
Click + Create SSO Integration.
Select Salesforce from the list of providers.
Give your new SSO integration a Name, enter your Salesforce Domain, and Entity ID for the Salesforce resource. You can also set if Auth0 should handle SSO instead of Salesforce.
Next you'll be brought to the Tutorial tab. This has instructions on completing the integration with Salesforce so that it works with Auth0 for authentication.
Complete the configuration instructions in the tutorial, then choose connections on the Connections tab to use with your new Salesforce SSO integration, allowing users in those connections to log in to Salesforce.
Once you've followed the configuration instructions in the tutorial, modified your settings (if necessary), and enabled your connection(s), you're done with setting up an SSO integration between Salesforce and Auth0.
