Customize Blocked Account Emails
When Auth0 sends an email to a user to notify them of the breached password block action, the message contains a link to re-enable the origin of the request. Auth0 never blocks the user themself, just the attempts from the suspicious origin.
The email sent to the user looks like this:
To customize the template used for this message, go to Auth0 Dashboard > Branding > Email Templates.
From the Template dropdown, select Blocked Account Email.
Make the desired changes. For details, see Customize Email Templates.
To test, click Try, enter a valid email address that you have access to view, and choose the correct connection type.
Click Cancel, returning to the email template page. You can make any changes and try again, then select Save when you are satisfied with the results.
