Auth0 Guarantees 99.99% Availability on Public Cloud

BELLEVUE, Wash. – March 3, 2021 – The Auth0 Identity Platform, a product unit within Okta, today announced its 99.99% availability service level agreement (SLA) guarantee for authentication services across all Auth0 cloud deployments—shared and dedicated environments. With private cloud deployments already supporting ‘four 9s’ availability, this SLA now extends to Auth0 public cloud deployments, making 99.99% a reality for all enterprise customers.

Auth0 authenticates and authorizes more than four billion logins per month, demonstrating the scale at which its global customers operate.
