LONDON – 2 November 2021 – The Auth0 Identity Platform, a product unit within Okta, Inc. (NASDAQ: OKTA), today announced it has been named among Britain’s five best places to work in technology, and one of the top 20 “most engaged” employers in the WorkL Workplace Awards 2021.
Conducted in partnership with The Telegraph, the awards recognize UK employers across 26 industries that score highest on a staff satisfaction survey. The five companies with the highest scores in each category are awarded gold status for the most engaged workforce. Of the 20,000 companies that entered, a select few are also recognized as the most inclusive, best in well-being, and having the most engaged employees – including Auth0.

Employer scores, called the “Workplace Happiness Score,” are calculated based on employee feedback about reward and recognition, information sharing, empowerment, well-being, and other elements of job satisfaction over the past year. The awards are the latest in a series of accolades recognizing Auth0’s remote working DNA and culture, including the UK’s Best Companies to Work For List and Best Companies Accreditation.
