Auth0’s Universal Identity Platform was built into the site’s foundation to create a secure transactional environment and facilitate a seamless user experience.

Launched recently, Autotrader, a subsidiary of Cox Automotive Australia, aims to be the de facto trusted resource for anyone looking to trade their automobile. With providing an optimal consumer experience and securing user identity as main priorities, Autotrader knew that identity management was a core element of its platform. Integrating Single Sign On to securely authenticate its users across Autotrader and its sister site CarsGuide, is just one example of how Auth0 is being used.

Another critical factor in selecting Auth0 was its ability to support Autotrader’s go-to-market strategy. Recognizing that its development teams are not experts in identity provided them with the freedom to outsource and focus solely on developing the product to its potential.
