At Auth0, our core philosophy is based on the principles of collaboration, experimentation, learning, transparency, and passion. Our culture revolves around our core values, and we want to recruit others who share the same beliefs and passion for what we do. In that spirit, we are excited to present our new Auth0 Careers Hub.
More than just a refresh, our team set out to create new pages to reflect our brand, include a larger emphasis on diversity and inclusion, and share real stories from our employees. Our message with this new launch is that here at Auth0, we invest in a culture of inclusion where every Auziro can show up as their authentic self.
Real Stories from Real Employees
What better way to showcase our culture authentically than through stories from Auziros themselves? With a new page dedicated to Life at Auth0, highlighting our Employee Resource Groups, global, remote-friendly culture, and more, we showcase more than 60 stories from employees that highlight how we live and breathe our values. Hear from our teams on how we make remote work really work for our Auziros — from team meetings to performance reviews.
A Transparent Recruiting Process
Throughout the design process, we kept all candidate personas in mind when crafting the new content flow and structures. No matter which position a candidate may be looking for, we strive to provide clarity into our process and programs for those interested in learning more before embarking on this journey — so there are no surprises along the way.
One Team, One Score
Like everything we do, this refresh was truly an embodiment of our core values in the amazing collaboration that was crucial in bringing this to life. And as we heard from Eugenio on the recent Okta acquisition, the Auth0 brand and product will continue to be part of the larger strategy, and hiring will always be an important focus. We hope this will resonate with all future Auziros that have yet to join our amazing team.
